•Light switch & outlet plates

•Small appliance wipe down

•Exterior of all appliances (interior of appliances are additional cost - oven $50, refrigerator $45 and microwave $15)

•Kitchen sink faucet, polished and cleaned sprayer head.

•Kitchen sink scrub & polish

•Garbage disposal clean & sanitize 

•Light fixtures dusted and hand washed (up to 10’ from the ground)

•Window(s) and sills

•Blinds scrubbed and cleaned

•Kick boards and baseboards all scrubbed

•Garbage Removal 

•Doors/ door frames wiped and cleaned 

•Vacuum + Mop

Garages, screened in porches & sunrooms that aren’t heated and cooled are NOT included in the square footage. Additional cost will apply.

Also be sure to mention additional services like (example: oven clean) when booking appointment, so I can be sure to plan my appointments accordingly time-wise)
